Job responsibilities
In the role of internal sales representative / rental agent, you will be part of Ramirent's team in Södertälje. You will be a central part of the daily operations and be responsible for helping customers via phone, email, and in-store. You assist customers in finding the right machines and equipment for their projects and ensure that orders are registered correctly in the system. The work also includes handling incoming and outgoing deliveries of machines and equipment, which may involve both small and heavy lifts. The role suits you who thrive in a practical and varied work environment where no day is like the other.

The job responsibilities include:

• Active customer contact via phone, email, and physical meetings in-store.
• Manage and register orders in the system.
• Recommend and advise on machines and equipment.
• Load and unload machines, sometimes with the help of others.
• Clean and wash machines and tools after rental.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure deliveries.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience working in a service profession.
• Basic IT skills.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in equipment rental or knowledge of machines. It is also an advantage if you hold a forklift license.
